What is the warranty or return policy?
DELTA offers a 14‑day satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy with your order for any reason, simply ship the product back to us within 14 days, and we’ll refund your purchase price. The item must be returned in good condition with all components included, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What is the working range?
For best results, 1-inch survey prisms deliver optimal accuracy at 30m(+/-100 ft) or less, making them ideal for short‑range precision work. That said, they remain highly reliable at 100m (+/-328 ft) and beyond, and in our own field use we’ve successfully used them in resections up to 400m (+/-1310 ft) with excellent results. It depends on your instrument, environment, job site etc. and what accuracy you are trying to achieve.
